If you need assistance in logging in when you’re a subscriber, please follow the steps below:
If you’re running into issues where:
- Subscribed but can’t access the rest of the episodes or;
- Unable to log in
What you can do is:
- Logging in using the log in button on the top banner.
- Once you’ve clicked log in, it’ll take you to an ‘email me a login link‘
- Enter in your email that you used to subscribe
- Once the link gets sent to your email, simply click on the ‘sign in now’ button
- A new tab will open, and you should be logged in as a Subscriber
If that does not work, you can log in through the actual novel itself by selecting the chapter you want to read. It will be the same process as the above just that you’re logging in through the actual chapter itself.
What I also recommend is to clear history and website data.
If you need assistance in cancelling your subscription, you will need to log into xoxolaffytaffy.com first. The ‘log in’ button should reflect to ‘Manage subscription’ once you’re logged in. From there, you will be able to unsubscribe.
